  • Contact details (email and phone number)

  • Addresses

  • Student Date of birth

  • Health information (including health conditions, allergies and dietary requirements)

We obtain personal information from:

How long we keep information

We are required under UK tax law to keep customer’s basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time you can request its destruction. Information supplied through the contact form is stored on our servers until you request its deletion regardless of whether or not you become a customer.

 

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact us for more information.

  • Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.
